Meet the Founder

With over fifteen years of experience in corporate retail, I am known for transforming underperforming businesses & unlocking exponential growth through identifying areas of opportunity in consumer, marketing strategy & team engagement. As seen in American Express.

After graduating from Texas A&M University, with a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing as well as a certificate in retailing studies, I have worked with major retailers and manufacturers like Nordstrom, JCPenney, Family Dollar, and Georgia Pacific.

I have a broad experience from interning on the sales floor to being a Director of merchandising on businesses over $800M. I have also served as a Director of Customer Strategy and investment for businesses over $2B. These roles led me to develop expertise in buying, forecasting, trade programs, business strategy, inventory management, and improving profitability.

I am most passionate about aiding retailers by getting their systems in place to run and scale into larger, more profitable businesses and that is why I created the RetailOI. I wanted to give retailers who don’t have years of corporate training the tools to run a profitable business successfully.
